My favorite thing hands down is the excellent service from the Maintenance team. They are very quick to respond, and very kind. As for the folks who handle your rent payment, be advised that they are not flexible at all, they do not allow humans to make human mistakes. I attempted to pay my rent early, and the day that the company decided to take the money out of my account differed. Unfortunately at the time the office attempted to take payment, I had another unexpected payment go through before, rendering my account insufficient at that time. Just a heads up: in order to fix this, you must pay them a $20 insufficient funds fee, and give the office a certified check, which costs $5 at my bank (they disable your ability to send payment via ACH, and I chose not to pay via debit card because they charge a $30 fee). After that, they will have someone call you from a call center to let you know that your payment didn't go through, after you already have given the office your certified check, and then respond saying that they will check with the office to make sure that you indeed turned in the check, as if I lied. I've lived here for over 2 years, and have never been late on my rent. I was very upset to find out how inflexible the office was to my situation, as well as how I was treated over the phone by their phone representative. Lesson of the day: pay your rent exactly on time, not early; or intend on giving them more than you owe for rent that month.
