Much of the building is aesthetically pleasing and maintenance is quick and very polite however, there are several glaring issues that you may want to be aware of before you consider moving here: 1. There are absolutely no amenities. No parking, no gym, no common area, no outside space of any kind. 2. There is no in unit laundry, all laundry is done in the basement and during my almost year here a majority of the dryers were always broken with occasional flooding 3. Additional Charges outside of Xcel typically total $100 on top of rent 4. Homelessness is common outside of the entrances and I have even had a homeless man try to enter my apartment.
