Edit 10/03/2018: Chelsea Wade, the old community manager who let her employee steal from residents and then NEVER apologised or addressed it while acknowledging it happened, is FINALLY gone. So this place will certainly improve. Look them up on Yelp to see the real pictures of the inside. Urine and feces covered carpet, dirty hallways and disgusting conditions. I have been living here for a few months. We find piles of dog feces and urine in the two elevators every single week. Without exception. The community manager does nothing about it. One of her employees STOLE from us when we were signing leasing papers, as though that was a normal thing. The leasing agent sold us a fake parking pass and laundry card and said these were options to save residents money. We had no idea it was a scam. This happened to several other residents, too. The community manager in charge never apologised and there was zero follow up from Aimco. No signs are posted about the piles of urine and feces in the hallways but management will give residents threatening letters about smoking in rooms when they have never so much as lit a candle in their apartment. I am a working professional who has never touched weed and I do not smoke cigarettes inside. (This place is wired to the nines with smoke detectors so why would you?)
