I absolutely hate living at this place. It feels like the aforementioned reviews specified, a college dorm. The way this place is managed is absolutely terrible. The second you do something "wrong" in their eyes they are quick to leave one of their notes on your door, but god forbid something doesn't work in the apartment building/apartment because it will take months to be fixed. (IF EVER). Paying $1550 a month, you would think this place would be better kept-up with but that's just assuming too much. I can not WAIT to move out. Don't get me started on even trying to get a hold of them, because that is another nightmare in and of itself. Specifically, don't expect an amicable or helpful conversation with Chelsey at the front office because she is just rude and not willing to help no matter what. On the other hand, I think the only enjoyable conversation I have had with a person working for Bank + Boston Lofts has been with Lauren at the front office. She actually listens and is respectful when speaking to you. (advice for Lauren: ditch this trash hole and get a job that deserves you girl) DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU LIKE GETTING VALUE FOR YOUR BUCK.
