I've lived here for 6 months and I hate it ! Costumer service is horrible: 1. It took me 6 months to get a spare key (even after being locked out of my place and having to pay $150) 2. It's an old building so the pipes rattle annoyingly loud; I asked for maintenance to look at them. All they did was put duct tape around the pipes, they spray painted the pipe and in the mean time, they got paint on my comforter and it was covered in dust and foot prints. 3. I came home this past Sunday to a flooded apartment after being out of town, it was 10:45 pm, I called their emergency number and no one came to help. I've been fighting with them this whole week and they've attempted to clean the mess but it's just an overwhelming smell of chemicals. They gave me a $200 credit on my rent but have yet to give me any type of money to replace the items that were damaged. Management has been extremely rude to me as if all this were my fault. 5. You'll have to put up with screaming, drunk people pretty much every night 6. Parking is a nightmare unless you want to spend $200 to park near the building 7. Grocery shopping, forget about it. Don't move in here. It's horrible and you'll have to deal with a pathetic management company (Aimco)
