Management is deceptive. Building is run down. The entire perimeter of the building is surrounded by the homeless. With ZERO amenities, terrible management and high rent, you're much better off looking at all of the newer buildings in downtown Denver that have gyms, parking, roof tops, game rooms & a friendly staff. I would highly recommend steering clear of this nightmare!
