DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management are rude and disrespectful and do not care about their tenants, only money; they will screw you over. The lease agreements are just another way for AIMCO (the corporation that owns manages these buildings) to screw you out of thousands of dollars if you decide to break your lease, and are completely insensitive to extenuating circumstances. These buildings overcharge their tenants a ridiculous amount for terrible kitchen appliances, small spaces, awful heating and cooling systems and don't offer free laundry despite the extremely steep price. The elevators are always breaking, as are the laundry machines and apartment amenities. It always smells like burnt toast and weed. Street noise will keep you up all night and there is no parking - every lot nearby is 200+ a month. You're better off leasing outside of downtown where you can find friendlier and nicer apartments with more space for half the price.
