I've lived here for almost 2 years and I am moving out. The local staff are nice and helpful. Inside the building is quiet and people tend to respect privacy. The major problem inside the building is that High Speed Internet access is terrible. I can literally see the Centurylink building but try to get any decent service in this building. Centurylink blames the building and the wiring. Comcast / Xfinity wont even touch this building, and mobile internet is limited. The elevators always have a problem but you get used to it and the stairs are a good option anyway. The price for the downtown location is too high compared to other places with more amenities and perks. Outside the building issues: 1. Parking is awful - even dropping off and picking up is hard 2. Street noise echos everything into your windows - big windows is a plus but they channel the street noise right into your room. Overall - a very convenient place to live in LODO. A bit overpriced for the amenities and perks in comparison to other places. No high speed internet access is a huge problem.
