Don't live here. Live anywhere else in the city. 1. We have the masturbating homeless guy living outside the Champa St door. 2. Don't expect your security deposit back. They'll charge you for everything including a $90 cleaning fee at the end of your lease, no matter how well you've cleaned everything. You're better leaving the place a filthy mess than having to worry about cleaning it. 3. Its been mentioned previously but is still an issue: the dog urine all over the building, inside and out, as well as on the sidewalk immediately outside. You can imagine it smells real nice in the summer. 4. This complex has 0 amenities. None. Ok, they have washers and dryers in a laundry room but the odds of putting your clothes in one that works is slim so you spend double.5. They have package lockers but the delivery men leave so many out on the counter, it's useless. I moved out a month early but didn't want to break the lease so I paid through the end of the month. I shut off the heat and ac but still had to have the account in my name. My final bill was double any other bill I received! Did someone go in and run the AC all month? Bank and Boston Lofts don't care about you, they only care about what you pay them. The only pro is the location. You're right downtown so you don't need a car.
