Maintenance staff (Ron) is fantastic. Management company on the other half is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with in my life.Update: I've been living in this apartment for just over a year, my lease expires in less than three months. My AC broke for the second time in a year, it took 2.5 hours of phone calls and e-mails to get any sort of contact back from the company. I received a phone call less than 5 minutes after I made my way up to "Director of Operations" on the corporate site's list of contact numbers. Absolutely disgusting.----I spoke to 3 sales people before I moved in, 2 of them lied to me but had already left the company by the time I moved in. They didn't tell me they were leaving the company, so for a few weeks I kept following up on our e-mail chain only to later learn that the e-mail account had been disconnected.Now that I'm moved in, they don't respond to my requests or e-mails unless I involve their higher ups, even when it's something urgent like my heater not working. I am planning on buying my lease out and moving away much earlier than the duration of my lease, and I would strongly recommend you not even consider dealing with this company.
