At first I thought the staff was nice and attentive, but the last few months of living here has been a nightmare. Once a month we have flooding issues- and I am aware the building has a lot of tenants but we would wait a week to weeks to have something fixed. BUT our last in-counter, we dealt with a HOME INVASION- where a complete stranger came into our apartment and climbed in bed with my room mate.- as scary as that was when we had to forcefully get him out, he tried to break down our door (with all this noise, no one cared) cops came- this incident was over a month ago - AND OUR FRONT DOOR IS STILL BROKEN. We're two girls who live here and we feel like our safety is involved and the office seems to not be taking it seriously at all. We have been far more then patient- with all the plumbing problem/noisy alleyway - we asked to move to another apt...but nothing was done to help until they offered us an apartment where the gentleman had to move out due to his entire apt being flooded into Bruegger's Bagels.I would not recommend anyone living here- because if you do have an incident- they might come fix your garbage disposal but if something any more then that happens, they just dont care. These have been our major issues:Flooding from the upstairs neighbors bath into our showerKitchen sink flooding-garbage disposal brokenCold air from the window cracks (solved by a horrible sealing job)Home Break in followed by our doow still hanging on by one screw and broken doorThe ceiling chipping/constantly fallingPatiently waiting repairs week after weekBeing denied lease termination after all this- especially the SAFETY issue after our break in.Also this was NOT A TENANT who came into my apartment, after the police and contacting this person via Facebook he was just visiting Denver he never lived in the building - and yes very drunk and very aggressive. Thanks for Boston lofts for absolutely zero sympathy or protection. So very glad to be out of these apartments
