I wish I could give them ZERO stars. This place was horrendous, not tenant friendly at all! There were many factors that play into this...First, no parking so enjoy that extra expense if you have a car.Pet deposit non-refundable.... ridiculous go somewhere else if you have a pet. They did not tell me this before I signed the lease and when I showed up the day of, they changed my lease agreement to add this fee of $300 or $350 - which you don't get, so I was unaware of this but had to do it in order to move into the place I agreed to live in... once again horrible customer care. The unit was not that great, blinds fell and were crappy, carpet smelled of old dog piss, there were holes in the kitchen where outlets should be, the elevators were broken for over 2 months, they do not respond timely and really do not care.Their lease policy of 60 day notice is outlandish and they say it once in the beginning then never remind you when they send out renewal notices. Most places have a 30 day notice... 60 days is too much time needed for notice when they do a half ass job cleaning the place before the next tenants arrive. If you give them notice anytime after the 60 day mark, each day is charged at the ((month-to-month current market rate X the # of days) / 30)! When I tried to explain that no notice was given due to being out of the country, they did not respond until nearly two months later after I saw the charge that was not explained to me...This company only cares about profits and charges high rent for a shitty place, does not respond to your requests and does a crappy job maintaining their buildings.Stay away! Whatever you do, do not rent from this corrupt establishment. You will regret it!There are plenty of awesome places in downtown Denver that offer actual amenities to their residents, Boston Lofts has none.Run away now!!!
