My partner and I lived here for two years. Now we've moved out I wanted to share our experience. If you're considering living here, DO NOT DO IT. Here's why:- Last winter we went a full six days without heat in our apartment because we could not get anyone in management or maintenance to pick up the phone, answer our emails, or return our voicemails. - They only issued us one key card to the building, we couldn't get a hold of someone to give us a second card, and gave up and used one between the two of us for next two years. The kicker? They took $75 dollars out of our deposit for only returning one key since we couldn't prove they hadn't given it to us in the first place. - Have any issue with your unit's maintenance or billing? Good luck getting in touch with someone. Their management had at least two turn overs during the time we lived there and let me tell you, their current manager Chelsea is just as inept as the rest.- Homeless people regularly slept in our stairwells or right outside our unit. Management did absolutely nothing to address this. The apartments aren't nice enough to justify the costs with zero amenities and literally zero customer service. Live somewhere else!
