I lived in the Bank building. Here are some observations:- The room was in good shape. - The electric bills were very high, averaged roughly $125 a month, and seemed to have no bearing on actual use.- During move out we were over charged roughly $600, when contacting the "Customer Care After Move Out" department about being over charged, I got absolutely no help, in fact I found the Customer Care After Move Out department to be condescending and rude. Failing to get help from the move out department, I went directly to the office at the building, and finally got someone to help (they were very helpful, and polite).-The Bank building shares space with the Magnolia Ballroom. The Magnolia Ballroom can get quite loud at times, so on certain nights I found it hard to get to sleep, if they had a party going on.Anyways, to anyone thinking about moving in, here are some suggestions:- Give 60 days noticed to vacate, as of right now everyday after 60 days will cost you $56.97 per day (not cheap!)- Be prepared to pay more than you expect for utilities (see above).Giving them two stars for the high utility bills, and the poor customer service I experienced with the "Customer Care After Move Out department". Hope this helps someone!
