Save yourself from this "too good to be true" lease and sign elsewhere. Awesome maintenance staff, but the team changes monthly and AIMCO (the property group with probably one of the highest turnovers in the west) does as well. Go with a different rental group and newer property. To name a few issues here are no amenities whatsoever (even working washer and dryers), homeless people roaming the halls, extra fees out of no where, broken elevators, chipping lead paint, cheap appliance issues, cheap cabinets, and above all the property managers just prove not to care at all about tenants. Lodge all the complaints you want when you live here because there will be plenty, but trust that they only care about Yelp reviews, not the actual feedback tenants give.
