LOUD, wow, like living in a subway tunnel, mixed with drunk college parties. Sales staff is super pushy, I think they are haivng trouble filling apartments, so they are very willing to cut prices, but I would not take it. Good location, but I would rather be in LoDo, nothern downtown is filled with "bridge and tunnel" types.
