What a dump. My husband and I moved here corporately and needed to find a place to live before we arrived in Denver. I viewed B&B Lofts online and they looked great, so we signed without actually seeing our new apartment (bad decision). The building has a horrible odor which is amplified in the warm weather. The exterior doors on the Champa Street side don't lock, so many mornings when I would leave for work alone in the dark, there would be homeless or drunk men passed out on the floor in the foyer blocking the doors. The apartment was beyond disgusting when we moved in even though they assured us it had been "cleaned". We put in more than one service request to have the ceiling pipes wiped down (they had about 1/2 inch of thick black crud on them that would float down into our food when we were cooking) because we could not reach them. We never received a response. The office staff rarely answer their phones and struggle to answer your questions if you actually do get ahold of them. It was well worth the money to break our lease and move somewhere a bit more civilized.
