This place is GARBAGE!! I toured there and the Leasing guy was very nice but that apartments are not what you expect. They have appliances from the 80's that are dirty white and pieced together with glue. The ceilings have patches and holes in them and they tell us its for "Historic Feel". It just looks bad. The Boston building is just HORRIBLE! Two of the floors smell like dead animals and the common areas have this beat up carpet from when the building was built! . The buildings are just too old an an everything in them matches the age. For the price the wanted, to offer Zero amenities, NO PARKING , no Stainless steel, no in unit washer and dryer, no modern cabinets or appliances the company must be crazy and really hard up for cash. The location is good if you don't mind the homeless and the two alleys that people sleep and use the bathroom in. My advice go up the street to a new apartment that offers specials, parking and all the upgrades you really want. Besides the staff (Which I feel sorry for), there is no reason to move here and i didn't.
