I've lived in Bay Parc since June of 2017. This review is based on what the current situation is like. Had to update my review because this place has gone down the drain. They don't have an overnight security anymore. Cars are stolen from the garage like it's a vending machine for criminals. Move in if you want cockroaches for neighbors. Cherry on top was they decided to renovate our floor hallway on the day we were moving out - tile work - how do you drag a cart with your stuff over and over on top of newly laid tile? Late at night concierge can't be found and you have to go downstairs and grab any food deliveries
