For all this high priced rent I have roommates who don't pay anything: the ROACHES. I have seen one in my apartment almost everyday since Sunday 2/17/18. Before that I had seen at least 5! I am charged for pest control yet the pest roommates are still here. There's nothing state of the art about he gym - there's no screen to Bluetooth my phone for workouts like I've sent in cheaper apts. not to mention no bars for the pulley machine. No business center for residents. A ghetto valet who smokes - BUT it's mkt as a smoke free building. Pet restrictions but any and every kind of dog is in the elevators. Roaches roaches roaches roaches
