Worst place to live in Miami... Please stay away, horrible management. A lot of noise, this is an old building with a lot of defects inside. Be careful with you car bicycles and bikes, a lot of them have been stolen from the parking garage. Hidden charges after you sign he lease that are never discussed at signing. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SAFETY...!!!!!!! With the amount of money you spend here a month you could live in a beautiful place here in this same area for less.
