We stayed for 1 and 1/2 year paying 1 bedroom for $1800 and now they are charging and over price extra fee after we left for some little scratches that were made before we received the apt. It looks like you are getting a good deal in a beautiful area but in reality you will end up paying too much money for "extra fees" even after you left.
