1.they startiing less very quickly and have a lot of promise but 90% of this promises will not be true. 2.they have alot of fees on the monthly rent and even don't have explanation for that. 3. parking spots is the biggest problem i have ever seen. when start the less they told us you can have up to 4 spots for 4 car but after a month they gave us just two. and now we park two of out car outside of the bentree apartment.
