I wish I was able to use all bad words to describe how awful the new management is.unfortunately, I continued my contract with them and then they started to renew the community.the answer to all the sounds and dirtiness is we try to make comfort. but seriously?! the parking lot is like a jungle if you get first you are the winner. people use their motorcycle as something to hold and reserve their spot. if your neighbor walk in the upper level you definitely will hear that and if the one living in under you, be sure that you will hear the sound of music.and about the people that work in the leasing office, they are intelligently ignoring your request and for the same problem, you should contact them more than 6 times in minimum. I visited the people in the leasing office more than 17 times which nobody can believe that and I ended up that I should call the police for my problem.when you ask for something most of the times you hear these "we don't know" "we will update you" " we will take care of that" but the result is that you should see them again.and the good points are less than the bad points. if the rent is cheap in somehow(that you will be faced by a lot of hidden fees), doesn't mean that you live in peace and comfort. be smarter. don't? be like me :)))
