Actually Bent Tree Apartment looks great when you see it from outside. but the service is too bad. and the maintenance team they do not care. and I have very bad experience started from the first day I moved in. the apartment was very dirty and need a lot of maintenance. reported and they fix some of what we told them after many weeks. and I had to call them and run to the office many times. and I had to take pictures to show them and to have them sign and date on the pictures. and all that just to try to push them to do their work. Complained about the electricity bill which comes over $240 every month while the normal average up to $120 they told us to contact Dominion VA power first. but there was nothing wrong with Dominion. then I had to report it again with their office and now I have been waiting over two weeks for their response and to send their maintenance team. They tell you that their policy to fix whatever in your apartment within 48 hours from the time you report the issue. Do not believe that because they take weeks. The windows are too old and has too many problems. if you ask them to replace just a light bulb in your apartment, it takes days to be replaced.
