you will get horrible service and maintenance, everything in apartment is old so like your AC may not work heat may not work, they will avoid all cost to fix it and will take several months to service and fix it if your lucky. The customer service in the front office is nice but on weekends only have one person in the office so you will be waiting in a line about an hour min.
