I hate that I have to leave such a negative review for these apartments, because the location is superb and the apartment facilities are high quality, but good luck ever getting proper communication from the staff or on-site maintenance crew. Have a broken washer/dryer? Have fun waiting three weeks to get it fixed and doing laundry at a public laundromat - never knowing exactly when it is going to be fixed or why it's broken in the first place. Need an answer to a simple question? Have fun leaving messages at the front office expecting to never hear back from them, and getting attitude when you finally get a hold of someone. I can't speak for the state of the other apartments at this complex, but I must have put in a service request every other week for the past few months - on no fault of my own. I understand apartments generally receive bad reviews for things out of their control, and I've lived in many different apartments before this one.
