The location is great, but the management is a nightmare to deal with.I submitted a rental application and cancelled within 24 hours. In their terms, they specify that if the cancellation is submitted within 24 hours, the holding fee will be refunded. I submitted my cancellation in these 3 ways, all within 24 hours:1. Submitted via their web form at https://www.thebouldercreekapartments.com/en/apartments/contact-us.html2. Left a message at their office phone.3. Called the next morning and spoke with a woman that assured me the refund will be processed in a few daysI never received the refund. When I requested a chargeback on my credit card, the official paperwork they provided to the credit card company stated that my cancellation was submitted 2 days after the application date. They lied and committed fraud.
