Honestly, I would never live in another Air community place ever in my life. Especially not this one. Let's start with it all. The indoor/outdoor theme was terrible. Dirty floors, dismal care, terrible move out experience. Oh gawd! Please. Stay away from broadcast center. The gym here is terrible, pool is filled with high school kids and children always. And not to mention the terrible experience entering and leaving the parking garage. Management also sucks. They are the nicest people when you're looking around. As soon as you want the deposit back or want to break the lease a couple weeks early everyone's attitude changes. Don't expect to see a single dime back. They will bill you for random things like utilities 2 months in the rear. The only good thing about this place was the Erewhon was just down stairs. Traffic to and from the Grove is always terrible, cars parked in the RED always impeding anyone's view leaving this parking garage. Again management can't or won't do anything's. I've seen several accidents leaving the parking garage. Basically if you like a literal one star living experience for 2 years of life live here. Everyday I hated LA that much more living here. I feel sorry for the people we left behind. Many were decent people! -- Edit based on Bradcast center's reply -- Like I said I wouldn't recommend anyone consider living here. It is NOT hard to put red or yellow dividers preventing people from parking in the red. Broadcast center couldn't care less about their residents. Many many time people have the same problem, the management refuses to pay attention. After multiple accidents witnessed of residents leaving the parking garage. Management still fails to address serious safety concerns about leaving the garage and being forced to deal with drivers parking in the red zone. Honestly it is disgusting how careless management is about a serious issue.
