Like threatening that everyones car will be towed despite paying for assigned parking spaces and then not responding about how to not get towed. There are multiple other instances. Keep in mind that will all the fees this is a ~$3k for a 1 bed apt. And the only amenities they really have is threatening emails. Yeah..... Been living here for a few months. Place deserves a higher rating. Excellent property manager, very responsive. Apartments are quiet. No real cons.
