Completely unprofessional, do yourself a favor and give this one a pass. Would give zero stars if possible, When I first moved in, I had a relatively good experience with this apartment complex, but after living here for almost two years I have had an absolutely horrible experience in my last two months at this apartment building. Twice now I have had another resident placed in my parking spot by management (being told that it was their spot and not contacting me at all), even though I have never changed my parking status with the building. Despite sending emails, phone calls/messages, and complaints through the resident portal, I have never received a single response from anyone in building management or AIR communities.Terrible management and absolutely unacceptable communication practices for what you pay in rent. -10/10
