I stayed here for two separate lease terms. I would start with the pros. The location is great and close to everything you may need for your daily life. Secondly, the maintenance staff is highly responsive. Often, our issues were resolved within hours. Third, the ambience of the apartment common areas are great - nice lobby, package service, music etc. A gym would make it complete, but I don't complain. I do miss the triple chocolate donut from the beiler's which is in the apartment. Now, about the negatives - basically, anything related to money is problematic. If you want to save some of your hard-earned money, better stay away. First, no utilities are included. I live in the same general area now and save, on an average, 200-300 bucks in summertime in utilities. Second, as many other reviewers pointed out, your security deposit is basically insecured, you are not gonna get it back, in fact, you will end up paying some more. We payed some ridiculous cleaning charge even though there were some small and regular wear and tear in the apartment. We thought of returning here after couple years, but after the experience with the security deposit and post move out charges, we decided against that. Third, the place has some rodent problem. Although, I would point out that this problem was taken care quite promptly once we brought it in the attention of the maintenance team. Overall, if you have some serious amount of money to spend for nothing, you can definitely live here.
