A Chestnut Hall leasing agent gave me a virtual tour of the apartment and sent me the application form, application fee ($75.00), and deposit ($500.00). I sent both in immediately and offered to pay the *entire* lease rent up front in cash. The company ghosted me. I have since signed another apartment, but the application fee and deposit for Chstnut need to be refunded. There's been no communication from the company since they took my deposit fee. I would avoid renting from this company at all costs.
