The worst apartment in the City. Do not live here. About every other month a new homeless person camps in the lobby, they stay in the lobby till someone complains to the leasing office. The leasing office are one of the laziest people I have met, they come into their office 2 hours late on average and leave 1 hour early. They DO NOT CARE about you they just want you to renew your lease. The door locks glitch all the time and interior doors do not fully close and if they do they get stock. THIS IS A BUILDING VIOLATION. The fire alarms have problem where they randomly turn on throughout the floor at night. The apartments heaters are broken and do not turn off and they do not turn on until they decide we are allowed to turn them on. The shower water is NEVER perfect specially during winter. The securities are helpful but to certain extend. Alot of them sleep in the amentity room during their shift. I am highly disappointed with my stay and Chestnut hall specally with the leasing office that are clueless and useless. DO NOT COME
