They hide a lot of extra charges and aren't clear about it when you're touring the place. For instance, you split water for the building and the bill can get up to $40 even if you're living alone. You also pay for utilities on your own and you have to buy/install/pay for your own wifi. They also have multiple charges for late fees, using a card, laundry, or getting locked out of your room temporarily. It's actually ridiculous. So, whatever rent they supposedly advertise is much higher in reality. There are so many other places in University City when rent is 'utilities included' so I'd watch out for those instead.
