If i could give it 0 stars, i would. Do yourself a favor and find a cheaper and better place literally anywhere else. The utilities are scam. They charged me nearly $100 over two months in the middle of the summer for gas when I did not use gas once. They charged me nearly $100 for one month while my heater was broken in the dead of winter, which is an absolute joke. They will immediately charge you $100 for cleaning upon move out, no matter how well cleaned the apartment is. And they will charge $250 for "wall repainting" even for the most minor of scratches and ordinary wear and tear, which is illegal in PA. The company that runs the complex is garbage.Furthermore, the building is in awful shape, the elevators commonly did not work and they had smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night multiple times throughout the year and could not figure out how to fix it. This forced the tenants to leave their apartments multiple times a night on a number of occasions. No apologies or remuneration given.
