The WORST. DO NOT RENT HERE. I repeat, DO NOT RENT HERE. The leasing office has no clue whats going on and can't explain these "charges" to someone in a simple form, theres all these hidden fees and other random charges that aren't included in a normal lease, like renters insurance. I just moved out of my studio there, which I was overpaying $1250 a month for a 400 square foot apartment. Management sucks, I used to have to waive the guys down in the building and ask them to check stuff out for me because they would never respond to my requests.UTILITIES. You know you basically pay for other residents utilities on the floor. I was charge $110 for gas in my apartment in the month of May. There was nothing in my apartment gas related, no appliances and I never turned on the heat there once since heat flowed out of the vents all the time. When I moved in I was told it would just be a $500 security deposit. Then they said "HEY! its $1750. The residents are all students. No lie, its pretty much dorm living. I was told when I moved in there was going to be a gym on the second floor coming to Chestnut Hall, never happened. The coffee shop was also supposed to come in place in September 2016 and I think went in around March 2017. The living conditions were awful when I moved in, the rugs in the hallway are probably from the 70s or back when it was a hotel and all the AC/Heat vents and shower pipes are outdated and in the worst condition. Please save yourself a headache and DO NOT RENT HERE. Its all a lie on the website and I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money on a dump like this.
