The elevator has been broken for days huge inconvenience for top floor residents especially during the holiday they've made no effort to contact me back or fix it how can someone have company or how can i possibly walk up that many stairs it's like they don't even care they never answer the phone even in an emergency like this i could be stuck in my apartment if i was injured or handicap . i don't recommend they don't check out that things are working properly. UPDATE 7/20/21 HAVING THE SAME ISSUE ELEVATOR HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED 4days straight AND IM HAVING FOOT SURGERY THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING COMFORT AND SAFETY OF THEIR RESIDENTS. NOT DARE RENEWING MY LEASE
