This complex hides the ball. Everything looks nice and acceptable and then after you sign your lease you find out the complex has an extreme parking shortage. There is no way the complex doesn't know about it. This should be disclosed to potential tenants before signing a lease. Sometimes you can't find anything remotely close to your apt. However we pay to register our cars for parking spaces as if there are any we can use at night. It is commonplace for there to be parking on the side of the street. If you forget to move your vehicle fast enough in the morning you will be towed at your own complex. This is infuriating. This should be disclosed to potential residents before signing a lease so they are aware of the area they are choosing to live. Parking is usually not a major concern when picking an apt but now I realize it should be.
