My rating will always be less than 1, starting with the parking lot, it's horrible, if you're late you can't find a place to park and the tow truck takes your car. And when you go to the office, what you receive are rude and uneducated, starting with that Michelle, the manager has nothing to do with professionalism. She is inept, she does nothing to try to help you or at least give you an ethical answer. It's a parasite.
