The rent rises every month, the corner where I live has 1000 spiderwebs, I have to fight through them to get down the stairs. The elevator smells like wet dog. Theirs no light at the back stair case where I have to walk by to get to my apartment. I don't feel safe after getting a notice on my door from the leasing office stating "be safe and look out for burglary since there has been cases reported". It's a free show everyone can drive into our complex theirs no security and they charge you a $500 fee up front. I've complained about the spiderwebs and light and nothing has been done, poor service. Horrible parking. Can't wait to my lease is over. Don't believe the hype. P.S.
