I'd definitely look elsewhere and wouldn't move in here again if I could. The maintenance team and the leasing team are kind people, but they do what they can with a bad apartment complex and bad leasing company. The apartments are crumbling, the neighborhood is covered in dog waste, parking is a nightmare, and paying $1600 or more for a 1-bedroom 40 year old apartment is ridiculous. The carpet in my unit smells like it's 20 years old and the cabinets are deteriorating with old white paint. I don't think neighbors are well-vetted and you'll hear fighting and yelling at 3am, drug use, etc. Looking forward to moving out!
