Just a few more of the issues I have had....The drawer in the kitchen was broken and we had it fixed by maintenance and few days later it broke.We put in a request to get out shower head fixed (it was leaking hot water all day long) and it took over 2 weeks to get it fixed.We paid our rent on time and then a few days later got a notice on our door that said we have missed a payment and were charged a $125 late fee. I checked online and it turns out the payment never went through on their website. I called customer service and they were rude and said there was nothing that they could do.
