Wow where to start....I cant even move in to the damn place because this complex only does things via email or online. So you choose your apartment ONLINE. pay your deposit ONLINE, application fee ONLINE. I had to pay $500 just for them to run my application then they give you 72 hours to cancel and still "get your deposit back". Yet they tell you're approved within the 72 hours even though youre really not!!! So therefor your $500 is GONE! This place also has some type of call center which SUCKS BALLS because they have given me incorrect information continously!! It is VERY HARD to get a hold of someone in the office and if you ever do, you've sat on the phone for fuckin ever! I liked the layout of the apartments and the location but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERALLY THE WORST ENCOUNTER EVER!! The main reason im not moving in is due to the back and forth bullshit for the past few weeks!! I applied on the 17th and turned in all needed paperwork on the 19th....its the 29th and I still have no REAL answer (BESIDES THE CONSTANT "youre preapproved" email) !! Ive been told I am approved, im not approved, im approved under "circumstances" back to being approved with no issue....so if you can have a better experience applying than I did, then go for it! The location seems decent but I will take a loss of $500 to not have to deal with these damn bafoons!!!! Btw sarah is the sweetest, she is the ONLY one I will talk to because shes the only one that makes sense and gives correct information
