Over priced for what you get. Hot tub has only worked for a week out of the last 5 months. Had a problem with the bath tub draining took 3 weeks to fix and they did a crappy job. Parking sucks at night, and the parking lot is full of big pot holes. Make sure you read small print on the lease.
