MONEY GRAB APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! Extra charges that aren't correct, difficulty getting a hold of the new leasing managers where I've had to go down several times to have things straighten out when my several emails have failed a response, increased my rent twice now when the apartment is outdated and nothing has been shown as to why it's worth staying here when their "cheap price" is no longer acceptable for what the apartment offers. Asked for my vents to be cleaned out since I see how dirty and dusty with how OLD the building is, and I've been denied several times. It would be great to stay cool/warm in my overpriced apartment., and be able to breathe properly too. Only thing I haven't seen with this place is cockroaches, and I probably just jinxed myself. Air communities owns this place now, and while there are growing pains the only pain I see is from the tenants wallets. Look elsewhere. I will be gone when my lease is up. Grateful I didn't sign a 2 year lease. EDIT: oh, and they just dropped to a one star. The laundry room is constantly under repairs, broken washer, broken dryers, leaking washers, clearly dirty, old, out of date laundry room. Original price for a load was 1.50. Increased it to $2.00 WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS WHATSOEVER. Oh, they're all working? RIGHT NOW THEY ARE. Give it a week MONEY GRAB MONEY GRAB MONEY GRAB
