I lived in this complex for 2 years and truly must say believe the rumors from residents that move out and live there. First Pros- Amazing location near shopping areas , tucked away as if it's a gated community, and lastly the ability to open your apartment door from anywhere. Now the bad- Cell phone reception is horrible in the center of the building and doesn't get much better when outside the center. Garage spacing is cramped , multiple times my car was dinged as spacing was terrible. Although these apartments are big, they are very outdated and it reflects. My toilet was a issue as they are European toilets , which could be uncomfortable relieving one's self. Lastly, when it came to moving out people who lived there plus maintenance let me know it didn't make sense to have a cleaner come as they would charge me a cleaning fee as they did ( mind you I swept , mopped, and wiped down walls). But what was surprising is they hit me with a $300 floor fee which no one has returned my call regarding the matter. I spent much time traveling for work and was barely there. I would not recommend this property to anyone as they nickel and dime for everything, even apartments in Chicago aren't as bad. Lastly, believe every review that says people smoke because they do, on their balconies, the garage , and units. This is a apartment complex I strongly recommend to avoid.
