I don't even live here, but wanted to share my experience as a potential resident. When you call them, there is no answer. They only provide appointments via text. I had to set an appointment a week and a half in advance. They then sent a barrage of texts demanding to know my income and credit situation among other things. The day before my appointment, they canceled and wanted to offer a date a week later Why? They must really not want residents. I'm not sure I ever actually connected with a human.
