Been here for two years now. Cons: (1) although it's marketed as smoke-free community, you can find people smoking in and around. Good thing is that walls are thick so you don't have to breathe the smoke unless you are close to those ***. We are living in a lobby where such **** smokes weed fills the lobby and our unit with smoke. Biggest problem is the management which is lousy and don't want to act. So if you are really looking for a community without smoke exposure to live in fresh and healthy air, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. (2) parking is overpriced. (3) Management is super tardy, sometimes no way to reach them despite making multiple attempts to call their number. Intentionally they neglect your emails and DO NOT RESPOND. (4) Elevators are super slow, could have been better. (5) Our unit has electric coil cooktop which is really old and difficult to control the desired temp and extremely difficult to clean. (6) maintaince guy is rude everytime we interact even with females, and he expects that for water leak EMERGENCY we submit online request. Also, maintaince come inside your unit without informing you sometime, and they always prefer to come in your absence. NO REESPECT FOR YOUR PRIVACY. (7) they refused to reserve elevators and garage door on Sunday as there is no one to open them, seriously? We had to move our moving date and time. Which community does this? Total garbage community and worst management particularly Jessica and Laura.. Overall, our experience is worst every single day we lived here. THIS IS NOT SMOKE-FREE COMMUNITY AS IT IS ADVERTISED !! WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE IF you want to live in peaceful and civilized community.
