Please do not make a mistake to move here. This place will do everything possible to rip you off. There are so many hidden fees, be ready to pay extra every month for ridiculous add on charges even late fees because of their resident website system error. Extra fees for everything: obligatory apartment insurance, first come first serve parking spots, not assigned ones! Be ready to pay high bills for sewage, hot, cold water, even electricity bills were outrageous big. At the first glance the apartment looked great, well kept. After my dishwasher broke down I had to wait over a week to get it repaired. During my 9 month lease the elevator was out of service at least 2-3 times per month, several blackouts, floating garage during rainy weather. Before my move out I was charged $50 for an existing vanity damage, which was caused by not properly working ventilation system in my bathroom, of course I was blamed for not using the bathroom correctly, it's as joke. In both bathrooms there was a constant problem with sewage smell and breaking toilets. The indoor swimming pool was always out of service during weekends or holidays not during weekdays when the maintenance suppose to be scheduled. You will also complain on no service for any leading phone carriers in the whole complex. Moreover, the prices are starting for 1 bd aprt from $1500 not including extra fees. If you like to waste your hard earned money choose wisely and better donate it to the poor than living here.
